We talked about many interesting topics including how to build communities, school outcomes vrs. conditions, and how to get crystal clear on your leadership and vision.
Santos also had many interesting insights into handling transition in your life, how to stay passionate and how she now finds fulfilment after she has stepped out of the classroom.
I hope that you get as much out of this conversation.

Alice Vigors is an inspiring educator who has a passion for sharing her knowledge and skills with other educators around the globe. Her enthusiasm for education and improving the educational outcomes of all students are sought after and admired by her peers.
In this interview, we talk about her new book “The Thinking Classroom.” In the book, she argues that developing the critical and creative thinking skills of students in our classrooms is a necessary culture that all teachers should foster. Not only does it underpin the syllabus outcomes and content indicators, but the ability to think critically and creatively, and to articulate that thinking to others, is a hugely valuable skill in today’s world.
